The major role of Golden Brother and its affiliated companies is to function as a bridge between the corporations and the foreign workers; hence, it is absolutely necessary for Golden Brother to look into the social responsibilities requirements in a rigid manner. Overall speaking, a lot portion of Golden Brother's customers belong to the electronics industry which require them to follow the electronics industry standards rigids and made0 Golden Brother need to comply with the international standards accordinly as required by the customers . Consequently, Golden Brother follows strictly not only the regulations of Employment Service Act but also the Code of Conduct 6.0 issued by Responsible Business Alliance and SA8000:2014 released by Social Accountability International so as to meet and exceed the requirements set in above two standards. Furthermore, Golden Brother also carefully monitors the revisions of the rules, regulations, and standards to ensure we can provide satisfactory and beyond expectation services to our customers.

Labor Right & Ethics Policy
To ensure all personnel understand the principles of freedom of choosing jobs and the right of immune from the coercion. Based upon the concept of ethical standards and global citizenship fulfillment to promote the corporate social responsibility and global citizenship, GB made the following commitments:

Abide by the laws, regulations, and applicable standards
Provide transparent business operation information
Conduct labor/management meeting and EHS meeting at fixed interval to get effective bilateral communication
Continue Improving the operation systems and commit to improve our labor rights and ethical principles by using highest domestic and international standards
To implement the policy set above, GB conducts labor/management meeting at fixed intervals. The operation results will be transparently revealed to the labor representatives and the contents will be honestly explained in details so as to earn the consensus between company and labor side and to complete multiple purposes such as enterprise/labor harmony, profitable enterprise, and customer reliance. At the same time, GB also utilizes the constantly renewed Employee Guideline and GB Code of Conduct to release the updated internal regulations so as to let our staff have clear directions and guidelines to follow.
While conducting various service, GB will always keep legal constrains in mind and incorporate different types of self-governing and management behaviors to prevent from any possible hazardous situations. In addition, based upon the concept of fulfilling global citizenship responsibility, GB reveals its EHS policy as follows:
Provide a safe and clear working environment and make all supervising staff fully aware of this responsibility.
Based upon the legal and human factors engineering requirements to prevent staff from injury, unhealthy situations, disease, and accidents.
Abide by the environmental rules to develop operation procedures so as to minimize the impact caused by pollution.

To fulfill the policies set above, Golden Brother conducts its quarterly EHS meeting and report all relative issues to the labor representatives so as to enhance the working and living environment to achieve the high standard requirements for safety and healthy.
In addition, to meet the customer needs, the halls are setup based upon the different requirements, or the standards from Ministry of Labor, or the EICC (RBA) regulations. For safety concerns, the fire drill and other protection exercises such as earthquake will be conduct at fixed intervals to ensure all staff and clients in the hall will free from the unexpected situations. Information Security Policy
GB and its affiliated companies need to cooperate with the foreign service agencies to recruit the foreign workers. Hence, it is necessary to work with Ambassador or representing office in Taiwan, local enterprises to find proper solution. As a result, GB commits to follow the intellectual property law to protect personal information and hereby we announce our Information Security Policy as follows:
Based upon all legal requirements related to intellectual property law to maintain and protect IT rights and personal information. The legal requirements include but not limited to: Personal Information Protection Act, Civil Code, Criminal Code, or any other binding agreements or agreements.
Rely on various meetings, including labor/management meeting, to promote the planning, execution, auditing, and communication of information security management. Furthermore, to ensure all staff are fully aware of the responsibility of information security, related training will also be provided. Other committees will be formed to enhance the information security existing functions.
To protect the information environment in safe condition, only authorize personnel are allowed to get into restricted areas such as computer room with confidential information.
The hardware and software are all equipped with protection mechanism. Besides, information will be categorized according to confidential level and access right to prevent from hacking.
Only legal software will be installed to prevent from virus invasion and malicious software.
The information accessed by different level will be categorized and the risk will be evaluated in advance to gain solid control and effective utilization. The information environment will be further facilitated to incorporate the updated information facilities and latest technologies.
