MINISTRY OF LABOR Order is hereby given, for the amendment on partial articles of "Review Standards and Employment Qualifications for Foreign Workers Engaging in Work Specified in Subparagraph 8 to 11 of Paragraph 1 of Article 46 of the Employment Service Act".

This revision of the review standards has the following revision points:
1. For new foreigners to be employed in multi-companion care work, the work content of multi-companion care work shall be clearly defined. (Amendment Article 5)
2. Add the qualification requirements for foreigners engaged in multiple companionship and care work. (Amendment Article 8)
3. Clarify relevant regulations on employer qualifications, implementation methods, identification of the number of foreigners employed, and management mechanisms for multi-companion care work. (Amendment Article 56-1 to Article 56-3)
