Golden Brother was founded in 1993. The original intention was to provide the shortage manpower for the domestic industries. In the past thirty years, we have totally devoted ourselves to do what we intended to do. Today, we have served more than 300 clients across all industries in Taiwan and deployed more than 20,000 workers from Southeast Asia to found opportunities in Taiwan through our service. We truly appreciate the assistance of our government authorities, the trust of customers, and hard work of our GB's colleagues which lead us to find the courage and ability for our future and the chance to go across all kinds of difficulties and challenges.
In the future, GB will surely uphold the concept of pursuing excellence with "customer service, customer trust and customer sustainability" as basis for self-review. In addition, GB will continue promoting the concept of "united under the same goal, headed to the same direction" and through the implementation of various quality services to earn the credits and trust of our clients and thrive on with them. GB will hold the belief in best service to satisfied and exceed customer expectations, and provide all kinds of labor-force needed in the market, while fulfilling corporate social responsibility by providing various services to take care of foreign workers in order to relieve the manpower and customer demand of industry. In the field of manpower services, GB has been engaged in nearly a quarter of century with deep affection for every customer and foreign worker. These foreign friends, from different countries, have already shouldered the indispensable labor demand in this country also made vital contributions to various business sectors. As GB is sensitive enough to recognize the dynamitic ups and downs of industries and can sense the feelings of being away from home country; therefore, GB expects to serve as a proper bond between industry and workers in order to transforms the needs of the domestic manpower into the serving power of foreign workers through GB's service. Besides, it is GB’s obligation to take care of these foreign friends living needs and let them have the chance to development their abilities in this work environment.
