Hall Briefing
Golden Li Human Resources Consultant Co., Ltd, an affiliated company of Golden Brother International Co., Ltd., conducts the structuring and management of various halls based on the principle of safety, efficiency, and stability with professional knowledge and ability. Besides, Golden Li combines both technology and the tailor-made systems to serve different needs required by various industries, regional areas, and different types of buildings.
Golden Li’s foreign worker accommodation service center follows the requirement and regulation of Foreigner Life Care Service Guideline issued by Ministry of Labor and Code of Conduct (currently ver. 8.0 effective on Jan. 1, 2024) issued by Responsible Business Alliance (RBA, formerly Electronic Industry Citizenship Coalition). The planning and structuring of lodging facilities by Golden Li not only can meet the current needs but can also match with the standards of long-term requirements.

Assist the employer to manage the lodging facilities and render care-taking support to the foreign workers so as to provide comfortable and safety living environment.

Assist the employer to manage and take care of workers’ daily life by providing on-site translation and consultation service.

Manage various halls based upon different requirements set by clients through remote controlling mechanism or bilingual on site coordinator.
At present, GB provides two types of halls for the foreigner workers based upon the customized requirements. GB provides large-scale hall with dedicated bilingual coordinator, and small-medium sized self-managed hall.
