Leave/Attendance Rules
- Two days off in a week and 8 days off per month according to their job function. In addition, company gives all kinds of leaves according to the Labor Standard Act in order to facilitate our staff to make proper arrangement of their own life without much worry.
If there is any change in laws and regulations, the company will make adjustment at once to ensure the staff will enjoy the given benefits and to keep a healthy life which will lead to higher business result eventually.

Pension Rule
- The pension rule is based upon the rules set in the provisions of Labor Pension Act. The company will deposit 6% of staff's monthly salary to personal pension account governed by the Labor Bureau. For retired senior staff, company will host the retirement ceremony to honor their contribution and dedication made to the company. In addition, Golden Brother wishes all the best for thos staff who can enjoy their retirement life or to endeavor into his/her new business.
