In order to enhance the leaning willingness and to promote the competitiveness of our staff, Golden Brother starts to promote the “Job Competency Certification” development by way of the support from Miss Lai Kuan-Yu, the consultant of Workforce Development Agency, MOL.  At beginning, GB will first establish the “job competency of staff focus on mediation of abor-capital disputes”.

This development program is part of the training program for 2020 in Golden Brother; hence, President Golden Li specified those who related to this program shall fully understand the meaning of developing this program and the importance of having required competency in position.  Besides, once established, it is expected to utilized the experience acquired to develop other job competency.
