Enjoying the dumpling is one of the traditional habits of Chinese people.  As the shape of the dumpling looks like Chinese golden ingot; therefore, making and taking dumpling in the lunar year means to have more fortune and golds.  

Manager of Golden Brother, Miss Yu Min Du, prepared the food material and equipment on her own before the lunar year and shared with the foreign workers how to make the dumplings at Chungli headquarter.  The made dumplings on Jan. 15, 2020 were given to the participated foreign workers and staff of GB.  The foreign workers are all curious about the process of making dumpling and the contents inside it.  Besides, those who joined the activity were all appreciated the life-care taking attitude of Golden Brother’s staff.
