Golden Brother held the “Skills of Settlement of Labor-Management Disputes” courses since Jan. 21, 2020 and the training is now completed on Feb. 11 after professional lecturing, teaching and hands on practice.  A total of 23 trainees have completed the training and are expected to earn the certificate in the near future. 

President Golden Li gave his encouragement and affirmation to those who completed the course and hoped our colleagues can “physically use what they learned in the classes” and apply the knowledge to practical field.  Li also mentioned that the training opportunity given by the company shall be cherished in order to encourage oneself to level up his knowledge.  On the other hand, it is hoped our staff can serve as a bridge between our clients and foreign workers so as to achieve the greatest harmony and avoid any possible disputes.
