Golden Brother and its affiliated companies have been in the foreign worker life-care industry for years and also consequently earn the highest level in the agency appraisal.  To ensure the internal operations can fully comply with the requirements of “Private Employment Service Agency Appraisal”; hence, it is necessary to conduct proper internal inspection on daily basis and audits at fixed periods.  It is our hope that Golden Brother’s operations and related documents can meet the requests of the government and can fully comply with the service agency appraisal standards through the self-examining and continuous improvements.  

On June 12 (Fri.) and 15 (Mon.), Miss Tina Chu and Jane Tseng, the internal audit group, went to Kaohsiung, Chanhwa and Taipei to conduct the pre-audits.  Except examining the documents, the operation processes were also reviewed.  For those items needs to be further improved or enhanced, the auditors provide their professional suggestions and hope the improvements can be done through the hard efforts by further controlling mechanism.  

President Golden Li not only attended the auditing and gave his encouragement to all participated staff abut also concerned about the auditing findings, i.e., observation items and various suggestions, and urged the responsible units should serious examine those observations and report back to the auditors after taking needed remedy actions so as to earn the credits for oneself and the company and have the company business philosophy life-care for foreign workers solidly fulfilled.
