According to the article 6 of Fire Services Act: “The Act defining the Administrators who have the right to dominate and control a variety of places should provide and maintain the proper fire safety equipment”, therefore, Golden Brother equips and examines the fire extinguishers in all halls periodically based upon the checklist to ensure they the fire extinguishers are all in valid condition.  Besides, each hall also conducts fire drills and replaces the invalid fire extinguishers at once according to the legal requirement.  Furthermore, Golden Brother voluntarily discloses the number, the locations, the type and the effective dates of fire extinguishers at each hall to ensure all extinguishers are operational and in good condition when fire alarm goes on.

Besides, all halls also condcut fire drill at fixed period to ensure the residents can properly use the fire extinguishers with quick actions so as to protect the residents' life and proerities.
