Dated on July 25 (Sat.), Golden Brother conducted its 2nd quarterly meeting to provide latest regulations and fire drill training.  In total, around 140 staff from each regions participated this meeting.

Miss Sherry Chen and Mr. Eddie Tseng delivered their course focused on “Employment Service Act” and “Act for Worker Protection of Mass Redundancy and the course was further enriched by using a movie named “Missデビル 人事の悪魔・椿眞子”to demonstrate the importance of finding truth while communicating with the staff and make the proper decision.  Also, Mr. Lee, Chengpin of Taoyuan Fire Control Department was invited to explain how to use the fire extinguisher and the fire hydrant with hand-on training.  

President Golden Li specially presented the award to Mr. Mingneng Liu, Miss Yalin Dai, Zhijun Lin, and Liya Su for their outstanding performance so as to encourage their effort to take care of foreign workers and the enhancements on daily routines.  Particularly, Mr. Mingneng Liu, Miss Yalin Dai was specially awarded for their effort by sending the seriously sickened foreign worker back to Philippine through the arrangement of charter flight during the pandemic period after dealing with various parties to make things come truth.

In the meeting, by way of sharing other business’s successful stories, President Golden Li, , hoped all staff in GB can fully understand company’s business is based on the philosophy “life care of foreign workers” and it is critical to have dream and conscience to run the business so as to ensure a long-term busines success rather than short-sighted for temporary achievements and instant profits.  In addition, Wu, Pei-Feng, Zhuang, Tingan & Su, Chenfu who recently passed the examination and earned the "Qualified Employment Service Specialist" certificates were given rewarded for their hard work and happy result.
