Golden Brother International Co., Ltd. and its affiliated companies, i.e. Golden Li Human Resources Consultant Co., Ltd., Chenyijan Manpower Co., Ltd., and S.J International Manpower Co., Ltd. marked an end for the Agency Service Quality Appraisal on Aug. 17 (Mon.) 2020 after Kaohsiung Office went through the appraisal processes.  

Right before the appraisal, Golden Brother went through three rounds of internal audits to ensure the internal procedures and related documents were all in good condition to face the appraisal standards.  For those found observation items, staff also took energies to make needed remedy actions to ensure the processes could meet the appraisal requirements and improve the drawbacks of daily routines.  Under the guidance of internal tutors and the cooperation from GB’s staff, the observations items and the issues needed to be taken care of in the visiting reports (either for customers or for migrant workers) were all in readiness conditions for appraisal.
