Golden Brother conducted its EHS meeting on Aug. 27 (Thur.) to address various concerns raised by each areas in order to find consistent solutions and to serve as the guideline for self-inspection in the future.  

The meeting continued inspecting the status of promotion and execution of “fire accident zero-tolerance” policy set earlier and also focused on the cleaning of water tower, sharing of EHS information, using the fire hydrant, and the number and types of digital card readers in each dormitory.  

For the water tower cleaning, a fixed schedule will be arranged in the future to each area to follow, and the EHS information sharing will be reviewed by the usage and numbers sent out by the GB Serve App.  As for the fire hydrant, the EHS board chairman requested all personnel in GB and the resided foreign workers in the dormitories need to be familiar with the operation skills in order to protect themselves when unexpected accidents happened.  The last issue focused on the connection status of digital card readers in each dorm to ensure the on/off duty data can be properly collected during transmission for the employer to examine statistical details.

Chairman Lee particularly urged the HR personnel, on behalf of the company, to send the warm regards to the one had traffic accident while going back home.  Besides, it is crucial to remember “happy going and out and safely going home” for the good of ones’ family.
