Dated on Oct. 20 (Tue.), Golden Brother conducted its routine labor management meeting and EHS meeting to go over relative issued so as to ensure the harmony between management and labor sides and the environment safety.  The performance indexes were also reviewed in both meetings.

For the labor management meeting, expect the routine reporting, the meeting focused on the following four issues: injury due to work, date of annual meeting (year-end party), group tour and the calendar for next year.  To let our staff have better understanding of the operation of Chinchu Minghu Hall, the annual meeting will be held at Chinchu this year.  In addition, the group tour is called off due to the pandemic concern.  As for the calendar for next year, it will be announced later based on the government’s schedule and the needs of our company.  Last but not the least, the performance indexes were discussed to meet the needs of next year (2021).

For the EHS meeting, the key issues still lie in the zero-tolerance of fire accident, water saving, and the daily check-up of each hall.  For water reservation issue, HES meeting requested members of each region need to implement solid measures to outcome the water shortage issue and have the checklist executed in a proper manner.  At last, the chairman Lee of EHS reminded all members that the App can be a good tool for communication.

The results of the checklists will be posted onto company’s official website to honor the dedication of the coordinators and as a self-examiner for further improvement.
