Golden Brother conducts the quarterly meeting on fixed interval so as to strengthen the internal cohesion and to provide kinds of necessary training to level up the professional knowledge and ability of our colleagues.

The 4th quarter meeting of this year was held on Oct. 31 (Sat.).  In the meeting, lecturer Shuping Su was invited specially to deliver a speech on “Transformation: leading the new er of migration industry” in order to implant new thinking and strength into the mind of our staff for the future transformation and growth.  Later on, various topics was given by relative managers and the topics included: “”RBA Code Training 7.0”, “Company’s Code of Conduct”, “Law on Migrant Labor”, “Practice of Care of Migrant Workers”, “Short Briefing of Application and Periodic Review of Migrant Workers”, “Application and related legal issues of Family Maid”, and then followed y “What is your value at your position: How be become a value latent” and “High performance mind teaches you to work smart”.  

After the lectures of each topic, the comers in recent days were introduced and followed by President Li’s overall speech.  President emphasize the importance of “changing and transformation” and hoped all our staff can actively and aggressively keep up with the changes of our environment and continue learning so as to make continuous progress towards the goal of “foreign worker life-care service industry”.
