As the COVID-19 pandemic concerns become lessened, it is necessary to review the measures of dormitory management after pandemic.  As a result, Golden Brother held its temporary EHS meeting to review the following three key subjects.

First, as the migrant workers stayed in dormitories during the pandemic period, the volume of garbage is much larger than normal period.  However, as the capacity of incinerator is limited, it will be difficult to consume additional garbage generated from our dormitories; therefore, each branch office needs to strengthen the garbage classification and reduction to the migrant workers as good as we can.

Second, as the major task is to prevent the spreading of COVID during the pandemic period; consequently, quick communication among customers and internal staff become even important to minimize the possible misunderstanding.  To speed up the proper communication, managers of each branch office need to ensure all coordinators are now in the EHS LINE group.

At the same time, to facilitate the management of each dormitory, a new internal website is now under construction and this website will equip with six major functions: “marketing and service management”, “dormitory management”, “administration management”, “sustainable management”, and “correction and prevention management”.  Later on, information regarding dormitory daily management, auditing, and various activities can all put into the website so as to help one another to learn and adapt from others and to enhance one’s own management skills.

After the contents presentation and discussion, Chairman Lee urge all managers in each region need to look into the garbage classification and volume issue and remind the fire alarm broke out this morning in one of the dormitory managed by other HR agent in Taoyuan.  It is necessary to keep alert for fire safety at all time, as said by Chairman Lee.
