Golden Brother Held its 4th Quarter Meeting of 2021

Due to the epidemic concern, the prescheduled quarterly meeting was postponed since May this year.  As the concern for COVID-19 became lessened, GB decided to conducted the 4th quarterly meeting on Oct. 30 and invited esteemed external consultant to address the strategy formation and market position.  Furthermore, the meeting also invited colleagues to share their personal experience for others to learn and explore.  

 

The 4th quarterly meeting was held on Saturday and Mr. Li-da Fang was invited to share his experience regarding how to frame the strategy and the development plan for the coming year by focusing on the subject named “constructing meaningful future”.  Later on, President Golden Li gave his thanks to our colleagues for their great effort and sacrifice during the pandemic period so that GB can smoothly go over the COVID-19 challenges.  In addition, Li envisioned his future by using “Golden Legend. Change of the Innovation Age” as the topic to explain the next 5-year plan to achieve the new target set by the Board.  At last, Li urged all staff need to persuade the migrant workers to take vaccines as quickly as they can for the good of themselves and others too since this is the last mile to counter the COVID.

 

In the meeting, Mrs. Joanne Lin, Mr. Wangen Li, Mr. Yetging Pong, Miss Yaling Lin also shared their personal experience either by providing the insights of a book or by giving their solid cases while dealing with the migrant workers.  The keys are to look into oneself and try to put on others’ shoes.  The topics mentioned in the meeting were: “Let go your hand and you can ease your mind”, “Factfulness: Ten Reasons We're Wrong About the World”, “How to solve customer complaint, smoothen the emotion to enhance the satisfaction level”, “Using caring to replace management”.  Courses related to migrant workers were also provided for colleagues to learn about the new regulations.  

 

President Li mentioned his thankfulness again in the conclusion section and promised that GB will provide, next year, better benefits to our colleagues based on company performance and personal contribution to work together to achieve our business vision: “Live-Care Service Business for Migrant Workers” and “Well-Being Living Place for Migrant Workers”.  At the same time, all staff need to help to render their support to find new customers for the three newly constructed halls.
