Golden Brother Constructs the "Internal Website" System to Further Enhance Efficiency

In all companies, a certain degree of information asymmetry exists.  Due to the information asymmetry, the communication efficiency will be hugely reduced and the cost of communication will also become high; hence, the quality of service to the customers will also be declined.  To face the challenges given by the information asymmetry, Golden Brother decides to construct the “internal website” in order to let colleagues to access the internal information at first hand so to smoothen the information delivery and to share and use the related information quickly and easily.  The intention of constructing the internal website is to “remove the internal communication barrier”, “speed up the information delivery”, and “provide the learning experience of others”.

 

The internal website is comprised by seven functions: “customer service management”, “dormitory management”, “administration management”, “contract management”, “sustainable management”, “activity management”, and “corrective and preventive management”.  Through the information provided in the internal website, staff of Golden Brother can quickly access the information needed and understand the operation of GB as a whole so that the information asymmetry can be minimized and gradually achieve the quick flow of information for the company-side and staff-side.  

 

To facilitate the usage, internal website also provides three links to the “back-end data entry”, “migrant workers’ system””, and “official website of GB” in order to speed up the information gathering.  It is believed, after having the internal website, the internal communication efficiency of GB can be enhanced and the service to our customers shall be further improved.
