Children are the future of the country; however, for parents who need to pay special attention to taking care of disability children have a very different path.  As a result, mutual care and support, as well as assistance from all aspects of society, are the most critical force for parents to sustain their journey.  

On Dec. 11 (Sat.), Golden Brother and the first social welfare organization specializing in caring for disability children and parents: “Angel Heart Family Social Welfare Foundation” jointly held a respite gathering at GB’s Taoyuan headquarter to honor the contributions from those volunteers and to give supports to the disability kids and family members.

Saturday morning, the kids were taken care of by the volunteers in order to give a proper break to their parents and to let them share their feelings as a relief.  In the afternoon, a thanksgiving party for Angel Heart Family Social Welfare Foundation volunteers was held in order to give our thanks for their contributions with reservation.  In sum, more than 140 friends participated this event and except for the head of Angel Heart Family Social Welfare Foundation at Taoyuan office Mr. Fan Chang, eight friends from Golden Bother, i.e., Joanne Lin, WT Yang, Lihwa Lan, Joyce Tasi, Sandra Lee, Jim Bai, Sharon Hsieh, and Guess Chang also gave their support to this event.

We would like to give our best thanks to Angel Heart Family Social Welfare Foundation for their dedication, as well as for the eight colleagues who jointly assisted this event during the weekend.  It is our expectation that our society can be warmer, friendlier, and more harmonious as we render more mutual care all together.
