In addition to being affected by the epidemic, Golden Brother International holds regular quarterly meetings every quarter. First, it creates a stage for more cadres and colleagues to demonstrate their professionalism and expertise. Second, it invites external lecturers to give speeches, hoping to stimulate our colleagues through experience sharing in different fields and broaden the horizons of GB’s staff.

The second quarter meeting of this year was held on June 17 (Saturday). During the meeting, Wangen Lee was specially invited to give a speech on the topic of "Basic Concepts of RBA Auditing", in order to explain the way RBA audits are carried out and how the audit process goes on as well as the points that need to pay special attention. Through his explanation, GB’s colleagues should have more understanding of RBA's various requirements and can also specifically help customers to face various issues related to migrant workers during the RBA audit process.

At the same time, in order to improve the quality of colleagues' services, the meeting first invited colleagues to review the five service courses they had previously received, and asked colleagues to address the key points learned in a briefing so as to strengthen the concepts learned again and can be implemented concretely. Also, Teacher Mingzhen Xie was also invited to give detailed explanations to colleagues on the topic of "Quality Customer Service". After clearly defining internal and external customers, it is necessary to move towards meeting the needs of customers one by one. If the services provided can surpass customers’ expectations, the cooperation relationship between the two parties will be more stable and long-lasting. 

Finally, introduce the new colleagues, and issue certificates and bonuses to excellent service colleagues recognized by customers. President Mr. Happy Li re-emphasized the importance of the concepts of "applying what you have learned", "reviewing with an open mind", and "continuous strengthening" in his summary and hoped that colleagues would adjust themselves and move forward steadily, with the core concept of "caring for migrant workers" to continue to face environmental challenges.
