Typhoon Koinu hit Taiwan on October 4th this year, causing a total of 18 counties and cities to suspend classes and classes.  Among them, Lanyu Island experienced wind speeds of 95.2 meters per second, which is the largest gust record in Taiwan's meteorological history.  As a result, it was severely affected and required rescue from all parties.

After contacting the Mustard Seed Mission and coordinating with Mr. Yijin Jiang in the Lanyu area, and with the assistance of Mr. Dechang Wang, the restoration master, the Ann's Charity Society, and Golden Brother International, we carried out repairs and reinforcement work on the houses damaged in Lanyu, to provide them with a stable home as soon as possible.  With the support of the Mustard Seed Mission Society and Mr. Dechang Wang, as well as the assistance of other kind-hearted personnel and enterprises, the Lanyu area has gradually been restored.  

Golden Brother International and the Ann's Charity Society have been working together for years to engage in various public welfare activities, hoping that even with limited resource allocation, the people in need of assistance can still receive a certain degree of assistance.  The people in the Lanyu area have been affected by the wind disaster this time, and we hope that kind-hearted individuals can follow the traditional merits: “People are my brothers and all things are my kind” to jointly contribute to the task of supporting our society.
