The Kaohsiung Model Workers and Outstanding Trade Union Commendation Event was held on the afternoon of April 27th (Saturday) at the Kaohsiung Lin Palace.  Mayor Chi-Mai Chen presented awards and commended 74 models that include: 6 national model workers, 48 local model workers, and 20 foreign model workers, as well as 42 excellent trade unions, to express congratulations and sincere respect to the labor friends who are working hard together in Kaohsiung, and to thank all labor friends for their joint efforts to promote the municipal construction and industrial and commercial development of Kaohsiung.

Mr. Visico Daniel Ramos, a Filipino migrant worker served by Golden Brother International who has been in Taiwan for more than 12 years, was nominated by Kaohsiung ASE for this excellent worker award due to highly accountable, proactice and outstanding performance, he successfully won the award.  To show his sincerity, Ferry received the award on the same day wearing traditional Filipino clothing. Colleague Panelo Rosenia Liday, who won this honor last year, also came to the scene to provide support and encouragement.  At the same time, the production line manager Mr. Chengzhi Chen of ASE and colleague from Golden Brother also came to participate in the award ceremony and took a group photo as a commemoration.

Golden Brother International would like to express its special gratitude to migrant workers for their contributions to our industry.  We hope that during their service in Taiwan, they can enjoy peace, health, and happiness, and receive good care in their daily lives.  At the same time, it is our hope that they can also meet their original expectations of working far away from home at abroad.
