On June 19th (Wednesday), Golden Brother International specially organized a one-day vitality camp on behalf of colleagues who have recently joined related companies of Golden Brother and invited the supervisors of relevant units to explain the overall situation and operation model of Golden Brother International.

This event invited supervisors such as Adam Lee, Kay Chang, Yumin Yu, Joanne Lin, and Shiwen Chen to explain topics such as "Company History and Vision", "Employee Handbook and Code of Conduct", "Service Philosophy and Attitudes for Migrant Care", "Employment Service Related Regulations", and "Introduction to Migrant Application".  After class, conducted a concise test to ensure that new colleagues have a sufficient and comprehensive understanding of the most important issues for human resources agencies.

The participants of the event come from all branches of Golden Brother, with a total of 25 colleagues participating.  After the topic explanation of this Vitality Camp, it is believed that it will be of great help to the new colleagues who have joined Golden Brother, in terms of the company's operating model, relevant laws and regulations related to the human resources agencies, the company's business philosophy, and the company's management regulations. For the smoothness of future work promotion, there should also be considerable benefits.
