In order to promote the willingness of studying, Golden Brother conducts the Reading Seminar on monthly basis and invites our staff to be the lecturers and share their experience.  In Nov., Kay Chang, the deputy manager of Human Resources, delivered the course on Nov. 2 with the subject “Pet Communication & Interpersonal Reaction” which help the audience understand how to have right communication with pets that do not talk.

Kay have years of experience of feeding dogs and she also has great passion to care those deserted animals. In the course, Kay hoped that all feeders can earned the spiritual satisfaction with the pets and understood how to take advantage of the Pet Consultant to communicate with their pets.  In this way, at least she can achieve the basic principle of feeding pets: “Love it and do not desert it” and the enjoyment of better communication with the pets.  In addition, it is her hope to utilize the experience of feeding and applying it to the interpersonal communication.  To show others how to conduct the communication with pets, Kay referred to a book named: “Learning Their Language” and thus hoped all feeders can gain the position spiritual communication and earned the fun parts of raising pets.
