Golden Brother conducted its 4th quarterly meeting on Oct. 26 (Sat.) in 2019 and the subjects included the fire protection that lectured by Mr. Lee, Jein-pin, Senior Engineer of Taoyuan County Government and the 3rd theme of GB’s company culture “Professional and Kindness” addressed by Kay Chang of GB’s personnel department.  Later, Joanne Lin, vice president of GB, gave a special case happened recently which caused the death of a foreign worker and brought up high attention of the media and human rights groups.  The case presented properly gave the guidance to GB’s staff for the actions shall be taken if similar case reoccurred in the future.

Later, awards were presented to those excellent coordinator who carried their duties with recognition and those staff who cooperated with the activity named “donation to public welfare from my own step” and achieved the expected targets of foot-steps.  Except giving the awards to the staff, Golden Brother also prepared the same amount of money which will be donated to an elementary school in Taoyuan County as the evidence of participation for corporate social responsibility.  For those staff located at Kaohsiung who proactively solved the onhand issues with innovative thoughts and coding, GB also honored with high recognition.  

Golden Li, president of GB, conducted that the existence of GB relied on the service and all staff need to remember the them of GB is to function as “foreign worker life-care taking service industry”.  Only with needed dedication and hard working with kind service and professionalism from our staff that expected by the company that GB can sustain its business and remain competitive.  Hence, GB will conduct a certain level organization adjustment to enhance the learning spirit, reshape the service attitude, and to promote the professionalism.  Just as the movie “The Intern” demonstrated, concluded by President Li, “People see you for your abilities; people respect you for your attitude”.
