Order of the Ministry of Labor: Interpretation of the provisions of Article 4, Paragraph 15 of Article 46, Paragraph 1, Paragraph 1 to Paragraph 6, of the Foreigners Engaged in Employment Services Act, and stipulates other provisions that shall be reviewed and approved by the central competent authority. The relevant regulations on the work items designated by the central industry competent authority shall take effect from now on.
