Order of the Ministry of Labor amends some provisions of the "Employers' Licensing and Management Measures for Employers' Employment of Foreigners" and the key points are:

1. Amend the identification documents that employers should provide when applying to hire foreigners, and add limited partnership registration certificates. (Amendment to Articles 9, 22, 44, and 56)
2. The application procedure for extending the validity period of the import permit has been deleted. If the employer fails to introduce foreigners within the specified period, the employer may complete the entry procedures for foreigners within three months from the day after the expiration of the period. (Amended Article 30)
3. Relax the qualifications for foreigners to apply for employment in mid-level technical jobs. (Amended Article 43)
