Order of the Ministry of Labor: Amend some provisions of "Work Qualifications and Examination Standards and Examination Standards of Article 46, Paragraph 1, Paragraph 1 to Paragraph 6 of the Employment Service Act for Foreigners" and Schedule 1 of Article 5.

This amendment adds the "specialized or technical job" of "social worker" to Article 4.  "Social worker" must pass the official government examination of the "Social Worker Act" to obtain qualifications before they can start practice.  In Article 21, the number of items that can be engaged in the securities and futures industries within the scope of fiscal, taxation and financial services has been increased.  In addition, in Article 34, the number of items that can be engaged in "employed in the manufacturing industry" , then added "scheduling, supervision, operation, command, research and development, development, testing, inspection, auditing, training, curation, quality control, technology research and development introduction, etc."  These are the legal basis for introducing white-collar manpower.
