How much should I pay for hiring home-maid or hursing workers?
Home-maid and housing workers are compensated differently, please see the table down below:

  1. National Insurance Fee:
    Worker needs to pay $392 and the employer needs to pay $1,238 the total insurance fee is $1,630
  2. Overtime Fee:
    Basis Salary ($20,000) / 30 (day) x days workeed = Overtime fee per month ($667/day)

Note: Home-maids and nursing workers are not covered by the Labor Law, the employer can not deduct the food and lodging fee from worker's salary.
