Presidential Decree: Amending Articles 4 to 7, 9 and 20 of the Nationality Act.

Among them, the addition of "naturalization" provisions in Article 4 is obviously aimed at the issue of "children born of migrant workers", and the content is: "Currently under the custody of the social welfare authorities or social welfare institutions."  That is, if foreigners are Children born to migrant workers who have been abandoned by their parents, or whose parents are unknown but are under the guardianship of social welfare institutions, can be designated as Chinese nationals.
